Introducing Mav Cognitive

We're excited to announce the launch of Mav Cognitive, a huge step forward for us, with Mav gaining human-level cognitive abilities. This advancement closes the skill gap between Mav and a human call center agent, meaning you can now replace your call center with Mav.

It's no secret that running a call center has become too difficult and too expensive. Between staffing, training, and hiring - we've seen customers have to choose between scaling their business and sacrificing the experience for their leads.

With Mav Cognitive, we see a new future. Human-level cognitive, analytical, and reasoning abilities that replicate human-based call center work. Our mission has always aimed at replacing call center work with AI. First, we focused on removing the back-and-forth of appointment setting with conversational SMS. Then, we increased quality and capacity by automating lead qualification with Playbook Builder. Next, we transformed outbound call centers into inbound with Party Line live call transfers. Today, Mav Cognitive takes it all to the next level, giving our customers human-level cognitive and reasoning abilities that replicate human work.
